Pertemps is working exclusively with a long-standing client seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join their busy HQ team.

This role would suit someone with exceptional customer service and organisational skills, particularly those with experience in scheduling and managing multiple tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside existing clients to arrange annual servicing and certificates
  • Scheduling service engineers and providing regular updates on upcoming jobs
  • Monitoring the service email inbox and responding to customer queries
  • Generating and sending invoices to customers
  • Enhancing overall customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Preparing quotes and obtaining client approval
  • Collaborating closely with clients' customer care teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues within the target timeframe

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum
