About Mitie's Net Zero Initiative
Mitie is the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company, committed to making a positive impact on the environment. Our Plan Zero initiative aims to make net-zero carbon a reality, and we're seeking a talented BMS Project Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, integrate, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) to achieve net-zero carbon for our clients.
- Contribute to the Mitie Energy Business goal of achieving net-zero carbon through the installation and commissioning of BMS controllers and IoT equipment.
- Work closely with project managers, regional operations managers, and other engineers to deliver site solutions and design controller strategies.
- Provide exceptional professionalism in delivering site solutions from initial mobilisation to final commissioning and demonstration.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Trend SET software tool and ability to confidently modify energy-biased software and professional schematics.
- Experience with integrating solutions/systems through various protocols, including Modbus, MBus, and BACnet.
- Good knowledge of IT networks and IP configuration.
- Able to build partner relationships with customers and suppliers to solve problems.
