About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled BMS Project Engineer to join our National BMS Projects and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in the design, integration, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS). Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results for our clients, driving savings and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure controller strategies for BMS solutions, including Trend, Tridium, and Distech.
  • Integrate solutions and systems through various protocols, including Modbus, MBus, and BACnet.
  • Commission BMS installations and Graphics Head End on site, ensuring systems are delivered to client expectations.
  • Mentor and coach Controls engineers to develop their skills and enhance the overall knowledge base.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and proposals for new project works.
  • Support the wider BMS Operations teams with PPMs and Reactive Callouts on selected sites.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the Trend SET software tool and ability to modify energy-biased software and professional schematics.
  • Experience with BMS installations, commissioning, and design.
  • Ability to integrate solutions and systems through various protocols.
  • Good knowledge of IT networks and IP configuration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
