Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Blood Transfusion Biomedical Scientist to join our team at Your World Recruitment. This is a locum position, requiring a flexible and adaptable individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

This role involves working in a haematology laboratory, conducting tests and examinations to ensure the quality and safety of blood products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective laboratory procedures, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working in a haematology or blood transfusion laboratory
  • HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
