A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and compassionate Care Co-ordinator to join our team in Woodbridge, Suffolk. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care services to residents, promoting independence, and maintaining a high-quality standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care services to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the physical environment and day-to-day activities are safe and well-managed.
- Assume responsibility for the running of the home, including the wellbeing of staff and residents, in the absence of the home manager.
- Organise shifts, administer medication, liaise with health professionals, and maintain accurate records of resident care plans.
- Contribute to the induction, training, and supervision of support staff, promoting teamwork and best practice.
- Support residents with limited mobility or physical/learning difficulties, utilising mobility aids and personal equipment provided to enhance their quality of life.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.
- Possess experience in supervising a care team, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrate empathy, understanding, and experience in meeting the needs of residents, with a focus on promoting independence and dignity.
- Showcase good leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
