Personal Support Assistant

The RoleAs a Live-In Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and support, enabling our customers to live comfortably and securely in their own homes.
Requirements- Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential)
- Naturally compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who can form strong relationships with our customers
- A competitive salary of £600-£625 per week, plus enhanced rates for Bank Holidays
- Mileage reimbursement at 35p per mile for customer use of your vehicle
- Ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and confidence
- A clearly defined schedule allowing for daily and weekly breaks
