Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at 7035 Anord Mardix (UK) Limited. This role will provide critical support to our sales team, ensuring seamless customer interactions and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Assist in the development and growth of business with new and existing customers, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Provide sales administration support, working closely with the sales team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services, staying up-to-date on market developments and competitor activity.
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Create sales orders upon receiving purchase orders from customers, if applicable.
  • Provide and distribute regular reports to the sales team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying sales opportunities, providing relevant research and guidance to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM tools is essential for this role.
  • Cross-functional communication with the solutions team to ensure the sales team has all necessary resources.
  • Monitor sales pipeline performance, working with the sales team to ensure quarterly and annual targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically requires 3 years of related experience.
  • Awareness of the functional impact on work processes and other functions.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn company processes and policies.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
