Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Coordinator (maternity cover) to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our teams who create exceptional products and drive our success. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the sales team and clients to deliver a seamless and comprehensive service; foster and maintain strong relationships. Aid the sales team in expanding and nurturing business with both new and existing clients; Provide administrative support to the sales function, working in tandem with the sales team; Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company and its offerings; Assist the sales team in crafting quotations for clients; Generate sales orders upon receipt of purchase orders from clients (if applicable); Compile and distribute reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as requested by the sales team; Support the sales team in identifying sales opportunities and providing relevant research and insights; Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous; Facilitate cross-departmental communication with the solutions team to ensure the sales team has all necessary support; Monitor sales pipeline performance to ensure quarterly and annual objectives are achieved; Collaborate with sales management to pinpoint areas for enhancement in the sales pipeline and strategize with the sales team. Desired Qualifications: A bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent professional experience is typically required; Generally requires 3 years of relevant experience; Awareness of the functional impact on work processes and other departments; Demonstrated eagerness to learn company procedures and policies; Capability to resolve practical issues and navigate various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
