Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at 7035 Anord Mardix (UK) Limited. This role will provide support to our sales team and customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide comprehensive support and establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Assist in the development and growth of business with new and existing customers, including providing sales administration and holding up to the function.
  • Provide thorough knowledge of the company and its products/services to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations for customers and creating sales orders upon receiving purchase orders.
  • Provide and distribute regular reports to the sales team, highlighting sales pipeline performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the solutions team to ensure the sales team has all necessary information and resources.
  • Monitor sales pipeline performance and work with the sales team to develop strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically requires 3 years of related experience.
  • Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn company processes and policies.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
