La Fondation Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS (EGPAF) est à la recherche d'un Data Management and DHIS2 Officer pour rejoindre son équipe en RDC. Ce poste est responsable de la gestion des données et de la mise en œuvre de la plateforme DHIS2 pour les sites intégrant la coïnfection PTME et le VIH/TB appuyés par EGPAF.
Principales responsabilités :- Élaborer le plan de collecte et de saisie des données dans les sites ;
- S'assurer de la disponibilité des outils et de leur bonne compréhension par les prestataires ;
- Organiser la collecte des rapports (Réception et enregistrement des rapports mensuels des sites) ;
- S'assurer de la qualité des données envoyées et saisies dans les différentes bases de données (Compilation des données, contrôle de qualité et gestion des cohortes) ;
- Gérer au quotidien les Bases de Données du projet (Tier.Net, DHIS2 et autres fichiers de collecte des données) ;
- Contribuer à l'amélioration des bases de données existantes et en concevoir d'autres selon le besoin en collaboration avec l'équipe technique et le reste de l'équipe SI&E ;
- Former et accompagner le staff technique et SI&E, en particulier les superviseurs des sites, pour la maîtrise des outils de gestion des données mis à leur disposition ;
- Participer aux activités de contrôle de qualité de données et de services organisées dans les sites (DQA, QI et autres Audits des données) ;
- Elaborer le rapport de suivi des activités de la collecte et la saisie des données sur terrain et transmettre hebdomadairement et mensuellement au SI&E Manager ;
- Aider à la collecte des données relatives aux activités dans les sites ;
- Participer, à la demande de la hiérarchie, aux activités de lutte organisées par les partenaires ;
- Veiller à l'application effective des recommandations et directives sur la PEC du VIH-SIDA dans les FOSA ;
- Exécuter toute autre tâche spécifique lui assignée par la hiérarchie.
- Diplôme d'études supérieures en informatiques, mathématiques informatiques, licence/master en santé publique ou dans un domaine similaire ;
- Connaissance de base de données et les applications basées sur le Web (DIHS2 ou autres) ;
- Avoir une connaissance dans la programmation avec les logiciels tels qu'Epi-info, SPSS, Epi-data ; la connaissance d'Access est un atout ;
- La manipulation des macros en MS Excel, des tableaux croisés dynamiques et de est un plus ;
- Expérience avérée d'au moins 3 ans dans la gestion des données sanitaires avec une institution sanitaire reconnue et/ou une ONG internationale ;
- Bonne communication orale et écrite en Français et Anglais level 3 ;
- Compétences de facilitation, de communication orale et écrite
- Capacité de travailler avec une supervision limitée et la capacité de bien travailler dans le cadre d'une équipe avec flexibilité.
