About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Venue Management Specialist to join our team at BRAMAH HR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the operational success of our venue, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a culture of excellence. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Work in close partnership with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of commitment, inclusivity, and excellence, empowering your team to exceed service standards and uphold company values.
  • Cost Control: Manage cost controls, staffing levels, and purchasing efficiencies to maximize the location's profitability.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain outstanding standards in customer engagement, service, and on-site activities, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, passing all related audits consistently.
  • Food and Beverage Operations: Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, achieving audit requirements.
  • Event Promotion: Promote and manage events, ensuring they are effectively advertised and reach booking targets.
