About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Accessorize in Bath. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the store, managing and developing your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Manage store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, to ensure a high-quality shopping environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive store performance.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety, security, and customer service.
