The Administrative Support Specialist role involves working closely with our experienced team of lawyers in Clifton Village office.

Job Requirements:
  1. Providing high-quality administrative support to solicitors and legal executives;
  2. Accurately typing correspondence and documents using Microsoft Word and our firm's software systems;
  3. Efficiently managing cases and papers – printing correspondence, collating and indexing enclosures, and ensuring timely delivery;
  4. Liaising effectively with clients and handling new client inquiries;
  5. Communicating clearly with clients and third parties related to conveyancing transactions;
  6. Organising paperwork and managing diaries in an efficient manner;
  7. Collaborating with the support team and other secretaries in the department;
  8. Preparing and sending documents to clients in a timely manner;
  9. Filing documents electronically and manually in a secure manner;
  10. Undertaking various administrative tasks as required;
  11. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  12. Continuously improving organisational and planning skills through effective document management.

A highly competitive salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
