Property Administration Coordinator

The Administrative Support Specialist role involves working closely with our experienced team of lawyers in Clifton Village office.
Job Requirements:- Providing high-quality administrative support to solicitors and legal executives;
- Accurately typing correspondence and documents using Microsoft Word and our firm's software systems;
- Efficiently managing cases and papers – printing correspondence, collating and indexing enclosures, and ensuring timely delivery;
- Liaising effectively with clients and handling new client inquiries;
- Communicating clearly with clients and third parties related to conveyancing transactions;
- Organising paperwork and managing diaries in an efficient manner;
- Collaborating with the support team and other secretaries in the department;
- Preparing and sending documents to clients in a timely manner;
- Filing documents electronically and manually in a secure manner;
- Undertaking various administrative tasks as required;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Continuously improving organisational and planning skills through effective document management.
A highly competitive salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
