About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as an Academic Engagement Manager, focusing on driving account growth and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development: You will work closely with the Client Director to understand the strategy and objectives of core accounts, using your knowledge and experience to deliver and add value.
  2. Account Management: You will find, build, and develop new OOH relationships with clients, agencies, and suppliers, monitoring ongoing activities related to them.
  3. Team Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure all data and information is up-to-date and that everyone is equipped to assist.
Requirements:
  • OOH Knowledge: Extensive OOH planning experience and market knowledge are essential.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills and the ability to maximize a team's potential through ongoing motivation, evaluation, and development are necessary.
  • Cultural Fit: A second language is advantageous but not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
