Job Title: KS3 SEN Tutor

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced KS3 SEN Tutor to provide individualized academic support to students with Special Educational Needs.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating tailored lesson plans, implementing effective teaching strategies, and monitoring student progress closely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Provide one-on-one academic support to students with Special Educational Needs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive support system
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A degree in Education or a related field
Working Conditions:

This role involves working with students in a home setting, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
