We are seeking a dedicated and experienced KS3 SEN Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a KS3 SEN Tutor, you will be working with students who require additional support due to challenging behaviour, SEN, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one tuition to students in their homes or local area, utilizing a range of teaching methods to engage and support their learning.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans, tailored to the individual needs of each student.
- Manage and implement effective behaviour management techniques to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive approach to education.
- Experience working with students with SEN and SEMH needs, as well as those with challenging behaviour.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons, tailored to the individual learning needs of each student.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Enhanced DBS clearance and relevant qualifications for this role.
- Competitive hourly rate of up to £30 per hour.
