Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs.
Job Type:This is a temporary, part-time position with flexible scheduling.
Salary:The hourly rate for this role is £20-£30, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized learning plans for each student.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
- Keep accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Valid DBS check.
- Teaching qualification or relevant experience.
- Experience working with students with SEN.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field is required.
Experience:At least 2 years of experience working as a SEN tutor or in a similar role is preferred.Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEN practices and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
