Our software is used by some of the biggest CPGs across the globe and the business subsequently has identified a need for a Sales Enablement & Marketing Manager to support their sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation: Collaborate with the commercial team to create and manage campaigns that drive lead acquisition, conversion, and ultimately, revenue.
- Events Strategy: Develop and execute an events strategy that includes webinars and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Content Strategy: Design a comprehensive content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, videos, demos, case studies, and social media to engage prospects and nurture leads.
- Brand Development: Implement a look and feel that resonates with our target audience and differentiates us in the market.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive overall business growth.
- Hands-On Execution: Be directly involved in the creation, design, and delivery of marketing materials, campaign execution, and event planning.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or a related role within the retail technology, market research, insights, or SaaS industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of brand development, content creation, and event management. Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot).
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and an eye for design.
- Analytical Mindset: We expect a data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively across different teams and departments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
