About the Role

Vertical Advantage is at the forefront of retail technology innovation, driving changes in FMCG stores and CPG innovation roadmaps. Our software is used by some of the biggest CPGs across the globe and the business subsequently has identified a need for a Sales Enablement & Marketing Manager to support their sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation: Collaborate with the commercial team to create and manage campaigns that drive lead acquisition, conversion, and ultimately, revenue.
  • Events Strategy: Develop and execute an events strategy that includes webinars and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Content Strategy: Design a comprehensive content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, videos, demos, case studies, and social media to engage prospects and nurture leads.
  • Brand Development: Implement a look and feel that resonates with our target audience and differentiates us in the market.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive overall business growth.
  • Hands-On Execution: Be directly involved in the creation, design, and delivery of marketing materials, campaign execution, and event planning.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or a related role within the retail technology, market research, insights, or SaaS industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of brand development, content creation, and event management. Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and an eye for design.
  • Analytical Mindset: We expect a data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively across different teams and departments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
