About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of turnkey HV substation projects for one of our key customers. As a HV Cable Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including technical, procurement, and quality information, while maintaining high standards of Health and Safety throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of turnkey HV substation projects
  • Manage technical, procurement, and quality information
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards
  • Identify and handle potential risks, variations, and opportunities
  • Coordinate the programme and costs of the project
  • Prepare Monthly Progress Reports
  • Engage with customers on discussions and technical queries
  • Support the tendering department on future project opportunities
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with Project Engineering/Contract Management experience in the Transmission & Distribution Industry. You should have a strong understanding of Transmission & Distribution standards and technologies, as well as knowledge of Substation Primary & Secondary Systems. It is essential that you have a good knowledge and understanding of current Health and Safety and Environmental Regulations, as well as Risk Management processes. Experience in contractual management, particularly with NEC, is also required.
