About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Operations Manager to lead our theatres service delivery in accordance with agreed operational plans. As a key member of our team, you will support the delivery of our theatre efficiency programme and coordinate the theatre team, day surgery unit, and central admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective planning processes and structures to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and managers to achieve service objectives across theatres.
  • Maintain high-quality services within defined costs, time-scales, and resources.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, business administration).
  • Proven experience in theatre operations or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
