Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant with at least 6 months of experience in care to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to healthcare professionals and assist patients in their daily activities, ensuring a high standard of care.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills, contributing positively to the wellbeing of our patients.

  • Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support patients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.

A basic knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures is advantageous but not essential. We offer a competitive £15-20 per hour salary for this part-time position (20-40 hours per week).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare or care assistant role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A valid DBS check is required.
