About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Provider - Personal Support Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Group. In this role, you will work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assisting residents with daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and taking medication
  • Supporting residents with mobility and continence issues, and promoting independence

Requirements:

  • A strong team player, able to communicate effectively with colleagues and residents
  • Energetic and hard-working, with a flexible and adaptable approach to change
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of others

Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
