Job Title: Heavy Equipment Inspection Specialist
We're looking for a skilled Lifting and Working at Height Equipment Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Test, Inspection and Certification (TIC) team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our lifting equipment.
The successful candidate will have experience in inspecting and testing lifting equipment, including runways, crane structures, and overhead travelling cranes. A valid driving license is essential, as you'll need to travel to various sites across the country.
Competitive salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Plus, enjoy a range of benefits, including a company van, up to 25 days annual leave, and contributory pension scheme.
About the Role:
- Inspect and test lifting equipment to ensure compliance with LOLER and PUWER regulations
- Conduct site surveys and provide advice on equipment selection and use
- Maintain the hire fleet and upskill members of the team
- Provide bespoke solutions to customers' lifting-based queries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in inspecting and testing lifting equipment
- Valid driving license
- LEEA qualifications highly desirable
