About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Lead to join our team at Verkada. As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the end-to-end ownership and execution of onboarding and enablement for our EMEA team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Enablement Partner: Work closely with key stakeholders to organize onboarding, continuous training, tools stack management, and content for our EMEA team.
  • Training Content Development: Assist in identifying the team's needs regarding effectiveness and create training content to improve results, fill gaps, and enhance product knowledge.
  • Product and Process Expertise: Become a product and process expert to deliver high-quality training and content, tailored to the EMEA market's needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Strategy, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to innovate and improve the Enablement experience and process.
  • Onboarding and Extended Onboarding: Own the onboarding and extended onboarding calendar end-to-end for your team, ensuring reps are clear on expectations and facilitating a world-class experience for all new hires.
  • Communication and Organization: Be an organized communicator that can assist in managing sales onboarding, SKO, QBRs, and ongoing training calendars, ensuring stakeholders are informed of changes in sales and tools processes.
  • Tools and Resource Management: Help manage and support tools and resources to ensure sales productivity continues to improve, measuring those improvements.
  • Internal Sales Hub: Maintain updated knowledge within our internal Sales Hub, helping to track which resources are most-used by your team.
  • Larger Scale Enablement Efforts: Aid larger scale enablement efforts to ensure the organization is set up for success as a whole.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or broader Sales roles.
  • Organizational Skills: Very organized and detail-oriented.
  • Communication Skills: Great communication skills and able to command the room.
  • Self-Starter: Primarily a self-starter, but not afraid to ask for direction.
  • Process Outlining: A knack for outlining processes in the simplest way possible.
  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
