About the Role

As a Workforce Management Professional at GXO Logistics, you will provide quality advice and consultancy support to line managers on employee relations, including managing discipline, grievance matters and end-to-end support of the absence management process.

You will also support the immediate and long-term needs of the site while delivering the HR Strategy and the site's people plan. This position is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday – Friday, with being mainly an on-site based role.

  • Manage the full range of HR activities within the employee lifecycle (new starter process, current employment to termination of employment)
  • Ensure that company standards and policies & procedures are effective and are implemented on a consistent basis across the site
