We are seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Cambridge GaN Devices. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our GaN transistor products.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the 650 V GaN power transistors and ICs portfolio on a global basis, collaborating with our engineering, business development, and sales teams to achieve revenue targets.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and flexible working options.

  • Proven experience in creating collaterals and presentations to support Sales teams
  • Experience of product launches, preferably for power semiconductors
