Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all loan kits required for procedures within the hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with theatre teams to ensure timely delivery of loan kits for upcoming procedures
- Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships for loan equipment
- Inspect and verify loan equipment upon delivery and prior to use in surgery
- Investigate and resolve any issues related to missing or damaged loan equipment
- Collaborate with CDU supervisors to ensure efficient return of loan kits
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a materials or supply chain role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
