Petroineos Trading Limited seeks a highly skilled Senior Fuel Products Manager to join its team. This key role will play a vital part in the day-to-day trading operations, focusing on the supply of crude oil and refined products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations, with a minimum of 5 years' experience. He/she will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing large portfolios of cargoes, managing blending operations, and ensuring smooth cargo loading and discharging. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with peers, customers, and management.

The successful candidate will be proactive, with a highly organized approach to detailed work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required, with the ability to present thoughts and ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee large portfolios of cargoes across regions
  • Manage blending operations and ensure smooth cargo loading and discharging
  • Ensure compliance with all operational processes
  • Coordinate with Financial accounting team for Month & Qtr end, with regards to Accruals and Inventory reporting

Person Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Demonstrable commercial experience with a minimum of 5 years' operations experience
  • Proactive – Goes the extra mile to ensure that operations are completed and processes are robust
  • Teamwork – Fosters ethical business relationships with customers, suppliers, and coworkers
