We are seeking an experienced Administrative Lead to join our team at HMP Belmarsh, a Category A prison in London.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Administration Team, ensuring effective management of administrative processes and supporting the healthcare delivery team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Administration Team.
  • Ensure effective management of administrative processes.
  • Support the healthcare delivery team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • NVQ 2 Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with diary management and maintenance of databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work unsupervised while following policy and procedures.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm. The salary is up to £32,346 per annum depending on experience.
