About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our KFC restaurant team in Maghull. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of restaurant staff to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has a positive experience in our restaurant, providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide a positive experience for customers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of staff.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
