KFC Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our KFC team in Maghull. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Manage restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational metrics to optimize restaurant performance.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
