About the Role
M&G plc is committed to enhancing our digital channels to engage with our customers and advisers. We're hiring for a stand-out individual to bring to life our content engagement strategy across our core social media channels. The successful candidate will shape and drive forward our social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals with a specific focus on story-telling, across both our B2B and B2C sectors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop executive track communications, to amplify the messaging of key spokespeople, and develop a persona narrative for individuals.
  • Collaborate in conjunction with the Head of Content, to implement content activation and dissemination guidelines to optimise key audience messaging.
  • Work effectively with UX, UI and Creative colleagues to build powerful and visually appealing infographics, video and headline design.
  • Keep everyone safe - develop in conjunction with Brand, Risk and Compliance clear control policies.

What You'll Need
  • You're a creative thinker, someone who can generate innovative ideas and convey them to get everyone to buy-in to your vision.
  • You understand data triggers, and can work with analysts to develop impactful dashboards to highlight and convey impact, engagement and conversion.
  • You have a wider appreciation of the connected digital ecosystem, from SEO to Websites, and you can work across teams to align content messaging.
