Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our national sales and marketing team and drive the next stage of growth for Intergas Heating Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee the development of customer-facing presentations and packages for events such as exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with key customers and suppliers.
  • Work closely with the MD and senior managers on strategy, budgeting, and planning.
  • Present performance and results to senior management on a monthly basis.
Requirements
  • Proven sales and marketing management track record.
  • Strong commercial understanding and brand building awareness.
  • Self-starter, good communicator, and team player with excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
