Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our national sales and marketing team and drive the next stage of growth for Intergas Heating Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee the development of customer-facing presentations and packages for events such as exhibitions and trade shows.
- Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Work closely with the MD and senior managers on strategy, budgeting, and planning.
- Present performance and results to senior management on a monthly basis.
- Proven sales and marketing management track record.
- Strong commercial understanding and brand building awareness.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to market research and prospecting.
