Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff, including recruitment, motivation, training, welfare, performance management, and personal development.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the team and area, contributing to the development of strategy and services.
  • Undertake performance management, quality assurance, and ensure value for money in services delivered by the team.
  • Oversee client assessments, screening for risk and urgency, and ensure referrals are allocated in accordance with agreed protocols.
