About the Job
As a Receptionist at Gold Care Homes, you will be our clients' first point of contact, greeting them and providing guidance for their visit. You will work closely with visitors to address their needs. Your responsibilities will also include performing clerical tasks that support the office's daily operations.

This includes answering phone calls, distributing mail, scheduling meetings, and maintaining a neat and clean reception area.

We are looking for an individual who can provide excellent customer service skills, is professional in appearance and manner, and has familiarity with computer software such as Microsoft Office.

Estimated salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate or Bachelor's degree and [2+] years experience working in a similar role. We are looking for someone who can multitask and prioritize their duties efficiently while working effectively and efficiently with a team.

The successful candidate will be able to sort and distribute mail and package deliveries, prepare meeting rooms, and maintain accurate records.
