Administrative Assistant

LMP Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join its team. As a Business Administration Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of our inclusion office. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration while working on real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administrative functions of the inclusion office.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager with day-to-day tasks.
- Support the Finance Manager as required.
- Communicate effectively with staff and provide support where needed.
- Complete filing and maintain accurate records.
- Implement Haileyford Turnford Policies and Procedures.
- Utilize IT systems to produce reports, process documents, and record information.
- Be adaptable, imaginative, creative, and flexible in approach to work.
- Input data accurately and ensure compliance with Data Protection.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in marketing and liaison activities such as open evenings and events with schools and community organizations.
- Understand and act promptly to implement safeguarding duties.
- Support the administration team in organizing school events.
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained across all aspects of work.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Strong IT skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
