Job Overview

LMP Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join its team. As a Business Administration Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of our inclusion office. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the administrative functions of the inclusion office.
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager with day-to-day tasks.
  • Support the Finance Manager as required.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and provide support where needed.
  • Complete filing and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement Haileyford Turnford Policies and Procedures.
  • Utilize IT systems to produce reports, process documents, and record information.
  • Be adaptable, imaginative, creative, and flexible in approach to work.
  • Input data accurately and ensure compliance with Data Protection.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in marketing and liaison activities such as open evenings and events with schools and community organizations.
  • Understand and act promptly to implement safeguarding duties.
  • Support the administration team in organizing school events.
  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained across all aspects of work.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
