About the Role

As a Receptionist at Gold Care Homes, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests. You'll be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and coordinating daily operations.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and responding to queries.
  2. Handle phone calls, messages, and emails, escalating complex issues to senior staff.
  3. Coordinated daily operations, ensuring a smooth-running office.
  4. Maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  5. Develop strong relationships with colleagues, maintaining open communication and supporting the team.
Requirements:
  1. Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (required).
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in healthcare.
  3. Proven track record of excellent customer service and conflict resolution.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities.
Compensation Package:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
