Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at A637 DBOI Global Services (UK) Limited. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees in the UK, Ireland, and Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the processing of payroll runs, including end-to-end control of each payroll run, and of annual pay rounds and vesting share awards.
  • Enter employee amendments, including starters, leavers, bank detail changes, personal data, ad hoc payments/deductions, tax record amendments on the payroll system.
  • Provide second-level support for HR Direct, responding to payroll queries from UK and Ireland employees via telephone and e-mail.
  • Validate and distribute Banker's Automated Clearing Services (BACS) salary payments each month.
  • Produce tax information on a monthly and annual basis (P45, Monthly Real Time Information (RTI) return, P60, P11d).
  • Run regular and ad hoc reports from the payroll and accounts systems for HR and external auditors.

Requirements

  • Experienced payroller with the ability to perform manual pay calculations, including an understanding of Tax and National Insurance.
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills, as the role liaises with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytic and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • SAP Payroll experience is desired.
