Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Catering Operations Manager to lead our team at Royal Windsor Racecourse.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of catering and events, ensuring the highest possible standards are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Executive Director and catering team to deliver the annual budget and achieve income and expenditure targets.
- Ensuring accurate production of documentation for monthly management accounts, including stock take, labour analysis, and outlet takings.
- Developing innovative product offerings and sales strategies with the commercial team and Head Chef to achieve income targets.
- Maximising profit for all events and ensuring delivery of budgeted labour percentages.
- Supervising and assisting direct reports in their duties.
- Ensuring adherence to ARC HR policies and procedures, including reporting and management of sickness or absenteeism.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage staff.
- Proficient IT skills in Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- 2 years' experience in a similar catering and events manager position.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Advance knowledge of food principles and practices.
