Key Responsibilities:

The Catering Operations Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation of catering and events at Royal Windsor Racecourse. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with the Executive Director and other catering team members to deliver the annual budget for all catering department income and expenditure.
  • Ensuring accurate production of documentation for the monthly management accounts, including monthly stock take, labour analysis, and analysis of outlet by outlet takings.
  • Working with the commercial team and Head Chef to propose innovative product offerings and develop sales strategies to achieve income targets.
  • Ensuring the delivery of all events to a high standard.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Catering Operations Manager will need:

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills.
  • 2 years' experience in a similar catering and events manager position.
