Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our team at Chartwells - Independent. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our catering services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of catering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
- Assist with the management of stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to maintain efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling and hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
