About the Role:

Collaborative Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday Senior Talent and Learning Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Workday Practice, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation of Workday HCM and Learning solutions for clients, ensuring successful project delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business requirements and providing expert guidance throughout the transformation process.
  3. Design and configure Workday business processes, security, and data migration plans to meet client needs.
  4. Provide hands-on expertise in loading client data, moving configuration between tenants, and configuring business processes and security.
  5. Mentor fellow consultants and analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices within the organization.
  6. Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to share skills and learnings with others.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
  2. Workday certification in HCM, Learning and Talent.
  3. 5+ years of Workday HCM functional implementation experience.
  4. Proven track record of successfully leading Workday HCM implementations for various clients.
  5. Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Collaborative Solutions is an equal opportunities employer.
