We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Administrative Lead - Correctional Facilities. As an administrative lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our correctional facilities. This includes managing staff, developing and implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role within a correctional facility or related setting. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as criminal justice, social work, or business administration is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
