Accounts Payable Administrator Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our purchase ledger, matching purchase invoices to stock purchase orders, and processing purchase invoices and credit notes with correct nominal codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Match purchase invoices to stock purchase orders.
  • Process purchase invoices and credit notes.
  • Resolve invoice queries and liaise with suppliers.
  • Reconcile supplier statements with internal records.
