An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high-growth business based in Deeside, North Wales as a Financial Transactions Coordinator.

Job Overview

This role involves building the Accounts Payable function from scratch, making a significant impact from day one. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Enter and verify supplier invoices using SAP.
  • Process employee expenses and handle supplier queries.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and request credit notes when necessary.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience within a similar role, preferably with an AAT qualification or working towards it. SAP experience is desirable, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

As a key member of the Finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and growing business.

Working Arrangements

The role offers a competitive salary of £27,000, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave and a 6% pension contribution. You will work standard office hours, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times.
