We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Domestic Services Coordinator to join our team at Darlington Memorial Hospital. As a key member of the Domestic Services Team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out cleaning duties as detailed within the domestic method statements, following cleaning schedules and COSHH guidelines. Undertake refections from the cleaning audit action plans and show continual improvement. Assist with beverage service as required and agreed. Thoroughly clean all domestic equipment and storage areas.

Attend Trust or required training courses, request and replenish all cleaning products, maintain a high level of personal hygiene, adhere to all Trust / SCL and Departmental policies and procedures, check all equipment before use and report any faults and defects to supervisor/manager, record and maintain records as required, and report any estates issues that have an impact on the cleaning services that you provide.

The estimated salary for this position is £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
