Domestic Appliance Repair Technician

Baumatic Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Domestic Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for visiting customers in their homes, identifying and resolving technical issues with their appliances, and delivering outstanding customer service.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be self-motivated, well-organised, and possess strong technical and communication skills. Experience in White Goods, Gas, Electricity, Telecommunications, or Building Maintenance will be beneficial, as well as any similar role where technical fault finding is a significant aspect.
A full, valid driving licence and ability to lift & manoeuvre heavy objects are essential requirements for this position. You'll also need to pass testing to demonstrate your adherence to basic health and safety standards.
This role offers an estimated annual salary of £36,500 - £38,300, based on experience. Bonus potential reaches up to £2,500 per year, complemented by employee benefits such as staff discounts and access to Reward Gateway's exclusive deals.
