Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Business Development Manager to join our team at Martech Record, LLC. As a key member of our global marketing platform, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with small businesses in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a regional affiliate/partnership program that aligns with our global strategy, focusing on quality new SMB advertisers' growth
  2. Identify new strategic partner opportunities in the region, with clear opportunity sizing and development of a strategic execution plan
  3. Manage versatile partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and individual content creators, creating commission strategies, recruitment strategies, and growth strategies
  4. Understand regional, country, and partner segmentation nuances to improve regional recruitment and partner activation efficiency, especially for the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy
  5. Communicate our value proposition with partners and maintain daily communication to improve partner performance and achieve business goals
  6. Partner closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, creator teams, and DE/DS teams) for partner pipeline, recruitment, product enhancement, and reporting

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, channel sales, or agency recruitment, knowledgeable in affiliate marketing and partnership management
  • Strong ability to manage and grow influencers, media agencies, and brand partners to achieve business goals
  • Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks, engaging and influencing cross-functional groups
  • Knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and selling advertising products (self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying) with a customer-centric mindset. SMB insights are a plus
  • Data-driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation, synthesizing insights through clear, concise communication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategy development experience
  • Detail-oriented to find solutions for clients while improving internal processes and delivering feedback
  • Strong executive presence and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
  • Self-starter and motivated to learn and strong oral & written communication skills for internal and external forums
