NHS Lancashire & South Cumbria Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across the area. The Trust seeks a highly motivated Medical Education Content Manager to support its Postgraduate Medical Education team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of updating online content, communicating via social media, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. They will also possess excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as strong emotional intelligence.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of Medical Education services at LSCFT. We are committed to providing ongoing training and support to ensure the success of the post-holder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the accessibility and usability of Medical Education web pages and intranet.
  • Collaborate with Senior Educators and doctors to identify areas for improvement in Medical Education services.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Medical Education staff.

We offer a generous salary package of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
